We are strictly an online vendor, so collection in person is not possible and this is purely for safety and security reasons.

We have a constant supply of stock arriving from our manufacturing facility on a weekly basis, so it is unlikely that we will be out of the product you are looking for. However, in this event it will be clearly stated on the product page that we are out of stock. No payments will ever be taken for products that we do not have in stock. We do now have current stock levels on every category page which is similar to a trafiic light system HIGH | MODERATE | LOW.

Please we do not give or send out free samples, so if you want then you will go for our MQO of each product/s you want.

Due to the nature of the products that we supply, we are unable to accept returns for any goods sent. In addition, orders seized by customs will not be replaced under any circumstances - it is the responsibility of the customer to check that they can import the products they are purchasing, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed. In some cases, we can compensate for seized goods.

Customers can in amounts ranging from 20 gram as a tester sample anywhere up to 1kg or more and from 100 tablets to any quanties you want.

 

Customers wishing to purchase larger amounts of research chemicals for study are asked to contact us to discuss their individual requirements.

Yes,  A bank transfer facility is available to buy our goods.  Please contact us to acquire the details you will need to make the payment. The bank transfer will takes like 5 to 7 days working before the payment will matured. We will only proceed with delivery after the confirmation of the payment.

 

We also have Western Union or Money Gram payment methods which are immediate to confirmed and delivery proceed immediate.

 

Pay Pal, our banking system (Ukrainian) does not operates or accpet pay pal at all.
